Adjustable collar fits floofs that have a neck circumference of 20-30cm. Suitable for both adult cats and small dogs. Shelby is a 21cm collar mid-size cat.
Make sure to measure but still have a gap to slide two fingers under the collar for a more comfortable fit for your lovely floof.
