PROCESSING TIME
You will be notified when the parcel is mailed out, typically in 3-5 business days. Delivery normally takes 2-5 days within Singapore and 1-2 months for international parcels. Do expect longer delays during festive periods or situational causes like the pandemic.
SHIPPING RATES
All orders are send via SingPost Registered Airmail for international delivery (from US$10) and SmartPac/Tracked Package for Singapore (US$2 flat rate). These are the standard shipping method offered for now. Free delivery if orders go above US$100 for international and US$50 for Singapore & Malaysia. Add more meow meow to make shipping worthwhile.
TRACKING
Please make sure you have provided your email so you can receive a tracking number when your order has been sent. If is not within Singapore, tracking service is subject to destination's availability. View your order's status: SingPost | OrderTracker
CUSTOMERS FROM UK & EU
Due to VAT law, customers are responsible for paying tax, handling fee or any parcel clearance charges upon the arrival of your parcel. Orders will not be refunded for any outstanding fees incurred. Please contact your local postal service for more information.
RETURNS / REFUND
Flooflers is not liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Albeit being a small business, we do appreciate the support, hence if there is an item defect, we will try to look into the issue and work out the best solution with you. Do note that shipment cost for return goods will be made by you.
